These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all charter services provided by Nashville Private Jet powered by PorterJets LLC (“PorterJets,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) to the undersigned client (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”). By engaging our services, You agree to the following terms.

1. Services Rendered

PorterJets acts solely as a charter broker, arranging flights on behalf of the Client with FAA-licensed Part 135 air carriers (“Carriers”). All flights are operated at the sole discretion and operational control of the selected Carrier. PorterJets does not own or operate aircraft.

2. Authorized Flight Schedulers

3. Modifications & Updates

PorterJets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions due to changes in federal, state, or international regulations. Continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute Your acceptance.

4. Charter Confirmation & Itinerary

Each charter will be outlined via a Charter Quote (“Charter Itinerary”) specifying:

  • Aircraft type

  • Routing and departure details

  • Total pricing and applicable taxes

  • Cancellation policies

  • Additional service details

A confirmed booking is only valid once the Client returns the signed Charter Itinerary and full payment is received.

5. Pricing, Additional Charges & Taxes

Quoted pricing includes estimated base charter costs. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Catering

  • Ground transportation

  • De-icing

  • Wi-Fi or in-flight phone

  • Overnight crew accommodations

  • Fuel surcharges

  • International fees, permits, or customs

Taxes (including FET, segment fees, VAT, etc.) are calculated based on current rates and are the responsibility of the Client. Final invoices may adjust based on actuals.

6. Payments

Payment in full is required to secure aircraft availability. Payment methods accepted include wire transfers, ACH, and credit card (may incur processing fees). Late or incomplete payment may result in loss of aircraft availability without notice.

7. Flight Scheduling

Flight requests must be submitted through an Authorized Scheduler. Upon approval, PorterJets will issue a finalized Charter Itinerary. We reserve the right to reject any request.

8. Passenger Identification Requirements

All passengers must present:

  • Valid government-issued ID for domestic flights

  • Passport (and visas, if applicable) for international flights

Failure to provide appropriate documentation may result in denied boarding with no refund.

9. Flight Operation Disclaimer

Carrier and pilot-in-command maintain full discretion over all flight operations. This includes route deviations, diversions, or cancellations for safety or regulatory compliance. PorterJets is not liable for any operational decisions made by the Carrier or pilot.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in each Charter Quote. General rules include:

  • Domestic flights: Cancelations within 4 days of departure may incur 100% charges.

  • International flights: Cancelations within 7 days of departure may incur 100% charges.

  • Peak travel dates (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Super Bowl): Non-refundable if canceled within 7 days.

No-shows, late arrivals, or failure to comply with itinerary terms will be considered cancellations and subject to full payment.

11. One-Way Charter Policy

All one-way charters or multi-leg trips ending at a different airport than departure are non-refundable and non-changeable.

12. Liability & Damages

Client is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests to the aircraft, furnishings, or crew property. Charges will be billed accordingly.
